Take a look at what Dlask did with the TUF 22, that's the order of thing that needs to happen for the Troy to be able to use a higher capacity mag than 5. Troy won't do it, you can bet money on that, and that is what they'd need to do. There is simply no money in it when the US market is drowning in AR mags.

It has nothing to do with marketing. The mags would need to be proprietary, ie not compatible with an AR-15.

Not trying to stir this pot but I intend to use my LAR mags in my Ruger Ranch 223 bolt action in the same manner I use my 10round Tikka CTR mags in that rifle. Of course all may change when Fidel Jr. moves the goal posts again....
