I didn't experience any non-mag failures with winchester 555 in my 10/22, accuracy wise I don't think you'll notice much difference between brands out of a stock 10/22 unless you've thrown some money into it.

Our local Crappy Tire has Sellier and Bellot 22lr

They shoot very well. a bit less snap then the CCI standards I have, but quite good...

The only complaint is they are kinda snotty, its not a hard wax lube, its greasy goo... I found myself cleaning some off or they smoke too much

I get some fail-to-fires in them from time to time. My Marlin has decent accuracy with them, but Mini-Mags are what it loves. Only one way to know if your gun likes them.
