Time to Delete! Thanks

I'm serious. WTF are heavy mag 150 grainers? A +p type thing for .308?

Sorry answer is late. No internet traveling on holidays.

But yes basically you are correct. Have to correct myself now, Hornady has renamed them Superformance. Used to be heavy mags for long actions and short mag for short actions.

I used the 150 grin SST mag load at the time. 3000 fps from a 308. I found they work very well. I have shot 3 elk a moose and about 6 deer with em, nothing went farther than 40 yards including the 6x5 bull.

I like em.

What is tickity-boo?

1. Going smoothly, doing all right. Copacetic.

2. Proceeding quickly.

This expression may have originated in Scotland, where it's the title of a popular children's song. A song called "Everything Is Tickety-Boo" was recorded by Danny Kaye as part of the film "Merry Andrew".

This expression is heard more often in Canada nowadays. May have originated in the British military. Possibly related to the Hindi expression "tickee babu", meaning "everything's alright, sir". Some people spell it "diggity boo" or "tiggity boo".
Everything is tickety-boo, tickety-boo, tickety-boo...

Woot.

Cool good to know, thanks!

I wonder if the rfb can handle the added pressure, or if an M14 can?

not drinkin the kel-tec koolaid myself, really think it's one ugly gun!!

Kel-tec isn't exactly koolaid. The RFB is their first high end product. Most of their stuff sells because it has good features and is cheap. The RFB has gained a lot of attention based on it's merits inspite of it being a Kel-tec product.

As for looks. I like it. But looks wise it's tough to beat a high end AR. I love the looks of my AR10 rifle. But I'd rather shoot the RFB off hand than the AR10.

It does sound alot like that craptastic record company from the 70's...K-Tel. Here's to hoping the rifle isn't anything like that...

Oh I've read just about everything I can find...but what's great for one may not be great for another...I haven't handled one yet so there is a chance the ergonomics may suck (for me), or that (somehow) I get the one made at the end of a shift where all the tolerances are at the limits...regardless, I'm stoked like a kid seeing his first pair of ta-ta's.

I'm starting with an aimpoint ml3 I have laying around but I think I'll end up with an ACOG TA01B...the 7.62 version of the one I have on my AR...love that optic!

Hey Guys,

Vault's shipment left Kel-Tec a couple days ago. We are expecting it in 8 to 10 days. In future all update information will be posted on our new website that launched yesterday. Our priority will be to get all the orders out to our dealers after receiving the shipment.

Vault will also be launching a new forum connected to our website featuring a section specific for Canadian Kel-Tec users. This forum will be up and running some time next week.
