Maybe you guys can give me an idea of what you think the most popular accessories would be for the Sub 2000 and I can add or subtract from my order with Kel-Tec. The quad rail is a given.

The accessories are coming in a separate shipment.

1. Stock extension
2. Bolt tube cover (not offered by Kel Tec:confused:)
3. Oversized charging handle (not offered by Kel Tec )

BTW, thanks for bringing these in!!!

Cost cuts in quantity. As a guy that has dealt with machine shops and ordering custom parts, i know how cost breakdowns work...

If Vault ordered 100 or 500 it may be on Kel Tec's "low volume" cost setup. It may take 1000 or more to get good cost breakdown, and that dealers in the US buy large quantities.

especially when a company is fairly small and growing rapidly like Kel Tec. They may get orders for a certain number and have to wait to get the machines free to make parts (switch out injection molds, set up tooling for receiver/barrel machining). A company that's been around for a long time and has most or all of their initial startup costs covered can probably deal with MUCH smaller price decreases for dealers.

Say it takes me 50 dollars to make a said accessory for getting 20, but it goes down to 30 bucks if I order 50 or more... If I own the machine to make those parts, it costs what I pay for the material plus the electricity (if the machine is payed off) so if I ship only 10 to a customer, I can get away with selling them for a low price point of 30 bucks...

This is very correct. The more quantity you purchase, the cheaper the per unit price becomes, and hence a better deal for the consumer.

We are already looking at doing a larger run of the Sub 2000's, if we do the price will come down for sure.

Without going through all of this 26 pages what is the price?. I just played with one down south and if it is more than $400 we are getting ripped off. They are very cheap feeling and not worth over $400. If it is under $400 it might find a place in my Pack for hiking.
But really anyone who pays over $400 is stupid sorry but you will see when you get your hands on it.
With are dollar flirting at par and at $301 US(where I was at a mom and pop shop. which is $$) we should have a price within $50 or this gun is not worth a second look.

cool little firearm but not worth $500. you will see when you hold one.
