Yes, it's official; S&J Hardware and I are working together to bring you a 2 day epic M14 clinic at his club.

When: Sat 15 and Sunday 16 March (end of March break, since I'm a HS teacher) 0830 gather, 0900 casual start. Finish up/depart for 1600 hrs.

How Much?: $ 40 per day/ $80 for the 2 days.

Where: I gotta get this off badboybeeson, Trenton and only 5 min north of the 401

I will be updating this thread once all the final details are rolling in. It's gonna be huge! :D

Update on ability to re-index: I'm expecting my Mac's Trail D-vise to show up in a week or two so that we can re-index and or re-barrel right on the spot.

Some of you M14 lovers MIGHT (big might) have an M1 Garand project sitting on the shelf ready to install yer barrel. BRING it to my clinic and we can do this install right on the spot. And if your new barrel (Criterion? Krieger) is NOT chrome-lined, I can perform the finish reaming for you. We can make this happen for you. Another benefit of coming to my clinic, in Trenton! :D

Ramada is good as is the Travel Lodge.

Ramada is closer to the range and across from Tim Hortons.
 
Ramada is on strike!! I called and they informed me that the striking workers will make all cars wait 2 minutes to enter and 10 to leave. That's PER car. Or, you can park on a cul-de-sac a bit of a walk away. Furthermore, the amenities (pool, etc) are not available. We opted for Belleville and the 17 minute drive.

Either way, pumped for the clinic!
 
Kind of shady if they didn't tell you on the phone. Unless you booked online..?

Could be worth a call... or the strike could have ended. I booked two weeks ago. It's still the nicest facility in the area though.
 
Is there still room im from Toronto willing to drive back and forth each day if anyone wants to split gas pm me if your interested
 
Still lots of room for clinic folks. Hey, remember that we are shooting on day 2. Time to stress them m14 platforms.

If time and range conditions permit, I would like to teach you guys some CQB fun with this platform. You will be surprised what you will pick up on day 2.
