Troy102 owners thread

What accessories did you buy for your Troy AR102.
Asking because I panic bought mine because stags were outta stock.
Normally I wouldn't want to give my money to a company that gives donations to notorious gun grabbers, but it was the situation i found myself in that caused so.

I like your build to be quite honest.

I haven’t found any donations from Troy Industries or their owner Steve Troy. They did hire the Ruby Ridge sniper, which showed incredibly poor judgment.
 
My troy 102 had massive shell ejection problems and after talking to sfrc i recieved a new bolt. Now i dont even want to put it down i love shooting it so much!!!
 
Bought a Troy 102 in October and finally was able to get out yesterday and put about 80 rounds of Remington UMC 308 through it. Groupings were 1 MOA and since this was my first experience shooting a semi-auto .308, I greatly enjoyed the experience and am in love with this firearm. My wife also fired off a couple 10 round mags and prefered it over the AR-15.

One thing I did find was the mag ejector seems to be sticky. I'll give it a bit and then if it does not loosen up, I'll see what I can do about it. Overall, I've very happy with the purchase but don't really have a frame of reference so tak
 
Got a Troy on the way. Already thinking about another upper. One in 243 would be cool for yote hunting. And cheep to reload for.
 
On another note what do you guys think of the Nikon p-series scope mounts?Going to put a viper 3-9 on it. They seem a lot cheaper than the other ones. They any good or just wasting my money?

I have the Troy, BCL, and Stag.

I’ll check them out tomorrow and post it up.

I will not be able to fire them but I can check for how the uppers and lowers mate up.

I've been using aliexpress $10 USD ring mounts, no issues.

Scope rings are like eyeglasses, hilariously overpriced and absolutely a huge ripoff.

I have UTG irons on my ar15, work good and quality looks good. I have p series mount on my troy. Works good. Easier to level the scope in one piece than a two piece mounts I find. I'd recommend
 
Thanks. I was looking at those Utg flip up sites for some backups.
Ended up throwing down on the vortex viper cantilevered 1 peace and a vortex viper 3-9. The mount seems solid. Heavy ways about half a pound. Going to be in the bush with it, can’t trust cheep scope mounts. Had to many hunting rifles that los poi from getting beat up in the bush. Most of the times it’s the mounts/rings. First thing I replace when it happens.
Sight it in this weekend and see what this thing can do.

Let me know how it goes with the bcl upper on the Troy. Would like to build an upper for it possibly. 6.5 or maybe even .243 if I can find a barrel.
