The vast majority of my .22s are at least 50 years old. And more closer to 60. They are generally in excellent condition all around and function 100%. I wouldn't hesitate on picking up a 60-year old rifle in good condition.
Ivobb still owns this one of the best .22 that I have boughtI bought a Marlin 60 about 10 years or so - probably seen less than 50 rounds through it - I bought it because it was all black and it looked cool.
Click-Clack model 87?I love the value oriented semi auto rimfires.
Only it seems that if you get any of the relatively cheaper .22 semis, the cost of four or five magazines might well be more than the price of the rifle.
I once had a Marlin 60, and now am seriously thinking of getting another but good luck with that given what ever happened to Marlin.
So, long story short, what are the tube fed semi autos out there?
