Look, nobody knows what TI paid for the T81 but TI themselves.

That fob that was banted about came from an article on guns and ammo by Timothy Yan ten years ago.

People using $200 but failed to mention the article said the us$175 is for a large military order and not adjusted for inflation, China had a runaway inflation accompanied with high growth. Matter of fact some companies chose elsewhere bcuz of China higher cost of production.

Importing guns is a risky business so it should have its reward but not on the backs of consumers, the 100% preorder is down right ridiculous and shouldn't be allowed. Imho.

Almost appears the bolt was out of spec and quickly dremeled to "work"
