I'm assuming that you won't be surprised to learn that a Forum Search on the W-Word fills the first 25 results from within the past 24½ hours.

Well, my vote is that we will get our T97's, although the waiting and Customs/RCMP induced delay's are maddening! And yes, groundhogs WILL DIE!!! Bwahahahaha!!!
Cheers
Jay
P.S. I ordered on Nov.11th, Rememberance Day, Paid in Full Jan.28th.
The way I see the situation....
CBSA opens container of scary-looking rifles...
Nobody knows anything about them...
Send one to RCMP tech's to identify...
We'll have them in 2 weeks.
CBSA/RCMP included!
Customs is concerned about it, they download to the RCMP, the RCMP reports OK, goods are released. We are just waiting for the wheels to turn. I am not concerned about reclassification. The T97 has been sold for 2 years already as a restricted with not issues. It is likly the size of the order that scared the CBSA.
Harbl, I think this guy is in ontario. You cant use 223 for deer in ab. You also do not need a varmint licence in ab. You can blast gophers, crows, coyotes etc with a 223

Out of curiosity, can you elaborate at all on the size of the shipment? Into 4-figures?It is likly the size of the order that scared the CBSA.
It is likely the size of the order that scared the CBSA.
