So i was pretty excited about these. I figured it would be a perfect pairing with my t97 for 3 gun.

then i saw this video that was released on 12 march 2017.

Apparently they have a lot of jam issues, and the metal part of the receivers are cracking left right and center after only 10 rounds.

Everytime an unproven gun like this comes out, I'm a little leery of it. I see my concerns are justified. At least they look cool. Maybe they can solve their massive quality issues in a later generation. Right now, it seems they didn't ever bother firing one to see if it worked. Makes you wonder if they're proofed at all.

But if they were to proof test each gun, that would be one round closer to failure for the customer...

Yeah, I'll hold onto my Chinese K12 Puma. It's still rocking!

Forgive an old-ish fart's brief laspe into fuddhood, but...

How many failures of that sort have we seen with the Winchester Model 12, the Ithaca 37, or even the mass-produced Remington 870?

It would appear the world still awaits the Turkish John Moses Browning.

UZKON is crap I bough an uzkon AS42 pump and what a piece of junk , every 4-5 round's is a light primer strike , tried 3 different brands of ammo , thought if buy a cool little pump for 300 bucks , last time I do that , I will stick to the established brands from now on

I just had to polish the bore of an 870 that would exhibit FTE's if it didn't like the ammo you gave it. It was a very common issue on a fairly large run of them. They've built millions of them and still have manufacturing issues from time to time.

What's true in Turkey is true anywhere. They build some good stuff, and they build some junk.

Would have loved to have seen him disassemble and analysis the gun that had all the fail to fires.

This guy either knows something I don't, which I will concede, or he has balls of steel. I would have stopped testing after the second cracked receiver. Or at least used a remote firing device and a vice...

I guess their employee safety programs are about as robust as their quality control processes.

A single failure isn't proof of much. But Remington has probably had as many bad guns leave the plant after 100,000 manufactured units as these guys seem to have had after 30.

well everyone has issues, for example lok at the savage 10tr, most good but some odd balls. but this is just crazy, 10 rounds and 8 our of 10 done. those other 2 most likealy would fail to. Love the look and was very interested but now wow just doped off my radar fast
