What is the 1/3 ratio?
Early on Ontario CFO sent a letter to CCSA saying 1/3 of canada wide transfers are send to Ontario CFO. So this is what I have been using for estimation, although it does not really impact the estimation date calculation, just rates that represents the Ontario.
I just updated the chart and it shows transfer id are processed at rate of close to 7K per week (For Ontario business to private), and assuming Ontario is 1/3 of that meaning 2400 transfers are process in Ontario per week.
One more observation by looking at the chart, based on current rates. It seems delay is approaching to around 130 days from date of purchase. Meaning we should hear from CFO around 130 days from date of purchase from now on.

Wondering if that gap will close as we start to hit days with far less transfers. The first 8 days (may 31-June 7) averaged 4800 per day and the next 3 weeks (June 8-24) are only 1700 per day. Will watch the sheet to see what the trend is!
Thanks Wolf, pardon my ignorance but do you mean 2K/week based on the national number ? Or are they approving 2K transfers in Ontario meaning the numbers leap much more than 2K/ week? I’m not sure that question even makes sense but you probably understand what I mean

seems like there are outliers statistically speaking, someone picks up a random one to train a new agent???? no clue how they work there

Are they actually shipping them, or did they just create a shipping label? If they just created a label, you'd still be sent the tracking number from whatever program they use.
