Without two more digits your transfer could have been initiated any time between Aug 31 and Sept 12 so that does not help our forecasts for our other members who are still waiting on their approvals. We have been getting very few P2P approvals over the past seven days so any that we get really helps the chart.

I just checked today and at some point they approved a pistol I bought on August 21st, but not the one I bought on August 19th. No approval email sent to me, I just found it on the IWS site in the list of guns I own.

My guess is that he purchased on Aug 21st but the retailer didn't submit until Sept 1 or thereabouts.
