Exactly what happened to me on an Aug 19 transfer. Called CFP and they said had to be fixed at the CFO level. Called CFOntario and they said the email had been sent to the register but had not been sent to buyer/seller. Fixed it while I was on the phone.Call the firearms center. this has happened to others - they can re-send the email.
now trying to contact my buyer, crickets. you would think that after receiving the notice he would be all over it. called CFO and since the pistol was in my wifes' name, I have to get her on it to get them to notify the buyer. I only have his email, unfortunately...
I've contacted my seller (P2P) a few weeks before the chart says we should be approved. Just to make sure that my pistol can be shipped right after the email comes in. Trying to be proactiveCould be on vacation out of the country.
I just got back but when I bought one in September I wasn't even thinking about that.
Little off topic question for you guys. I received my first restricted firearm a month ago, got the paperwork for it but no new license? Am i supposed to get a new card with some new info on it or is my rpal card staying the same as before?
You should get a new card. Maybe they are just very slow?

Adding new firearms won't chance anything with your card. You won't get a new card until you renew it.
You are 100% correct.I’m pretty sure when I bought my first restricted I got a new card with the new conditions on the back. And a new version code.
Yes you will get a new card with a .000x version number along with updated restrictions on the paper it is glued to. Do not be a fool and throw out that piece of paper out as someone I know did and now is waiting until the rest of his transfers clear to get that card updated which will probably take weeks or even months.Little off topic question for you guys.
