Yes, dial the usual number 1-800-731-4000 and after the 45 seconds of messages press 1, 1 again and 7503 for the Ontario CFO. If there are many people waiting in the queue you'll receive a message to call back. If you manage to get into the hold queue put your phone on speaker and wait. It can take a while to get through.

Transfer started April 27 and finally completed July 9.
This is insane. My last purchase was June 14, going to be a while yet!
Man I wish the April transfer people weren't such shysters causing the delay so that us early May transfers could have a chance

Well, the above mentioned 2 transfers---one was started April 21, the other May 5. Approved together at the same time, 2 weeks ago on July 29. In fact, I actually got the email of the May 5th transfer, followed by the April 21st transfer a couple of hours later, but email timing cannot be used to infer things because those may be queued and go through different servers.
