Update On Ontario Restricted Transfer Times

Well little off topic. My $1000 gun was scanned into Ont. Post Office 5 days ago. Never scanned out. No clue what happened. Pulling my hair out. I assume they have shut the place down and are storing parcels not shipping them???

EDIT: Well that was fun. On hold easy 15 min, maybe 25. No clue what the h3ll happened to my gun. Should be in my hands in two more business days. So they started a loss claim process. I have no insurance. Seller has not responded for 3 days now, just icing on the cake. Claims person siay business as usual, not shut down. But Mississauga is shut down sorta so who knows. I have never had an issue with Canada Post before.

EDIT: So since I brought this beef out on here I thought I would update things. After 8 days the parcel was scanned into Mississauga, so 8 days to go from London to Toronto basically. At least I know that it is now somewhere east of Toronto, so this is great. I had contacted the sell on the 22nd, on 27th I got a PM from him but no real contact, last night I got another PM saying he gets his messages third hand and he would call me on 29th. So 7 days to respond basically. I have another gun coming from Calgary, it left Jan 23 at noon and was at local sorting facility yesterday. Should be in my hands today.

I have one that hasn’t been scanned into the post office in Mississauga in over 10 days now. Disappeared in transit. Delivery date has changed 4 times. Was supposed to come today and nothing.

So the drama is pretty much over. My gun arrived at the local sorting station today. So I should have it Monday. The other gun I mentioned I have in hand. Lot of stress.

Bought on Wednesday 3pm from Tillsonburg Gun Shop (site sponsor)
Called me Friday 12:15 to say transfer went through.
1:38 got an email from Canada Post to say tracking number created
2:08 email from Canada Post shipment at facility.
