Yes, it drove me crazy, also took a month just to get a reference number.
Placed an order on the 30th at Shooters Choice, what great service, they made sure I didnt leave until I had my reference number in hand no matter how crazy it was. Now that's great customer service (got it months ago)

Seems like we have some big movement in approvals, I guess not answering phones to initiate transfers they can process transfers faster :

I got my cell phone bill from my last person to person purchase. As in my previous purchases I had the CFP in my contacts with the number 8007314000,1,,,,,4,2. It took 158 calls to finally get through to someone at the CFP and do my part. According to my cell phone bill these calls took 335 minutes of air time putting me well over my Anytime Minutes limit. So to add insult to injury my cell phone bill was just over $125 more than normal to transfer a gun which I will not see until next April, if I am lucky.
