You could get an ATT to pick up instead...it'll come through the ontario CFO instead of qc CFO.

Ref # 59369XX Sask private to Ontario private APPROVED today Nov. 9. I had emailed the CFO to get an update on the transfer and 5 mins later I got an email back saying it was approved. Funny how that worked! Hmmmm

Thanks, I've been checking my email regularly for a 59336XX Ontario Private to Private which I thought should have been in 2 days ago.

Lots of posts here lately about this. Go to the RCMP individual web services page, log in with your banking key, and after entering your info, ask for an ATT and select “other” and a listing of your present restricted firearms will pop up. Somewhat newer site…

Update: Just on spec, I sent an email to the ON CFO for an ATT for this mentioned firearm at 3:23 today, Friday afternoon and got the ATT issued via email exactly 1 hour later… (4:23 on a Friday afternoon) Woot…

I did the IWS check of my restricted list and found one improperly described entry and FIVE that weren't even listed! Don't depend on the list at all. It really wouldn't surprise me if during this massive clusterf**k a bunch of restricteds accidentally got wiped from them system.

Did not receive email notification but the store is allowing my online att info about it being in my name and Shipping out Friday.

Better contact the CFO and update the incorrect info. This list is very important since there is criminal penalty possible if they don't match.

Guys just to clarify... the IWS list does NOT show any pending transfers. It only shows restricted firearms already registered to you. If it shows up there, then the transfer is already done, and is ready to receive an ATT application. Hopefully no one is emailing the CFO because their in progress transfer does not show up on IWS. If it shows up on IWS but you haven't received transfer email, that just means the transfer is complete but email has not been sent out.

I have all the registration certs for everything I have. Something tells me the system is in a shambles as others have noticed similar errors. Has happened before with a gun I was selling too. took a few extra minutes and lo and behold they found the correct entry. Not my problem they can't keep decent records.

HAHAHA! I just looked again and somebody's been monkeying with files. The "missing" guns are magically back in my list and the incorrect description of the one has been corrected. My AR is still nowhere in sight though. I have zero faith in this system to protect anyone from anything.

yes if you have your paperwork in order it is not your responsibility to fix theirs.
