Man this is frustrating. Seeing 6009###s gong through but my 60059xx still not put through. Nothing on the iws either. Tried phoning today but that only succeeded in wasting some time
I'm in the same boat. Based on the transfer approvals reported here, things seem to progress in an orderly manner at the CFO for days, and then it suddenly goes haywire with a bunch of transfers seemingly skipped. If I had to guess I would say that transfers are handed to individual officers at the CFO in "stacks", and maybe yours was in a "pile" with all the 6005###'s. Then your CFO guy decides to take a few days off and you end up not getting your transfer approved when it should, while other guys are getting theirs. It's like if 2 guys went to the grocery store at the same time, and finished shopping at the same time. They pick 2 different checkout lanes, and guaranteed one of them is gonna be still waiting in the slowest lane watching the other guy head to the parking lot. It looks like we ended up in the slow lane!
