UPDATE: Rossi Ranch Hand Mares Leg

OMG!

You got some more in already! I was just taking a break from this correspondence math course I am doing so my brain could be a little over taxed right now.

Really really?

Wow! Just got the word, I'm SO stoked.

ALSO just got the word the belt Spacesaver sent is waiting for pickup at the post office!

I will now take 24 hrs to re-evaluate my position on the existance of God and whether or not he's actually been out to get me all these years :D

Where do you get your single point bungee sling...that is affordable.

I actually make them myself.

You can find all the parts you need at your local sporting goods store more than likely.

I used hollow flat nylon tubing for the body and standard thin bungee type cord with a mix of buckles, tri glides, etc.

It is actually fairly easy.

Pics please!:)

Here is a simple picture showing the bungee stage, the flat strap after bungee is done, and a simple 1" buckle used to attach to my guns.

I am in the process of taking a few more pictures and I will get a few more posted and a DIY tutorial up as soon as time allows.

My slings are smaller than standard and are meant to be attached to a pack and then connected to the weapon. I plan to try making a fully length single point bungee sling once I get my Ranch Hand.

The short stock holds absolutely "zero" appeal to me, however, the short barrel is a major "win!". Can you option a full-size stock in place of the cut down one?

Another member on here posted how to add a wood extension to the short stock using basically a large nut in the stock and bolt in the extension. I think it was on a henry mare's leg .22

I am thinking of trying something like that, then I can easily go back and forth from one layout to the other.

I have been keeping an eye on this thread for a while. Yesterday I had the pleasure of handling the 44 version at cabelas just outside saltlake city. God I want one bad. But I do think the loop could be changed abit. Made cycling awkward.
