I’m hiding a few haha. I might be parting with a .308 and x39 here pretty quick. Getting married in the spring and need to free up some cash. They are amazing rifles, and especially cool to own up in Canada.

Expensive? Sure. But I’m a firm believer that if it makes you happy you can pay whatever you want. Plus it’s not like we have a lot of options up here. And if by some miracle the AK platform became NR, I’d be happy to absorb the loss in exchange for more guns for everyone.

That's what I'm looking for, a 5.56mm. I have a bunch of mags already, just need the rifle.

I’ll sell it to ya for a Diemaco 10” and 11.6 upper! Haha.

But seriously, if you manage to get one here’s a few observations:
-the front sight is thick. Really thick. I wish I had a spare that I could file into a point
-tape behind the ejection port helps prevent marring on the top cover, if you care about that kind of thing
-don’t expect to get reloadable brass from her. They smash the cases up like tinfoil and then launch them to the moon
-55 grain .223 works the best. It keyholes horribly with 75 gr stuff because of the twist rate.

I wonder if we could get a group buy going to bring in a bunch of KNS adjustable gas pistons for these Valmets, they are heavily over-gassed

Would you happen to know if 5.56/.223 Galil mags would work in a m78/m88 in .223 ?

I remember selling a 223 HB in the 1980's ,new for 700 or 750.oo, 30rd mags of course, a crystal ball would help, but what the hell would you do with all the money???????
