My pic from few posts back was just a BTT.
Those guns are some customer's and they were moded by Dlask.
The particular guns in that pic had to have some modifications
that were quite complex.
The receivers needed some serious and true machining.
The barrels are very different from the original
(they don't share one single dimension with the original contour).
Everything has to be fitted from zero.
The piston/rod are the same, but that is about the only thing
left original from the gas system.
It looks neat and simple, but the mod is quite complex.
The whole project took forever, since Joe Dlask did not want to do it,
me being the only one pushing for it (since years ago).
If Joe Dlask will try a Krinked version (which I strongly doubt),
I am sure he will start only from a vz58,
primarily due to some particular specs of the military gun,
but also because the 58 is already restricted.
I don't believe he would ever be interested in making more than "one of"
and even then, "if time permiting", if planets in the right alignment and so on.
As you noticed, there are some other people and parties
more keen in making a shorty version of these guns.
