Q: Considering this monster thread, what do you think of the VZ-58 type rifle?

  • It is a beauty as it comes, and a must have, since it drives Libs bonkers.

I always meant it as a joke. Thanks for the sticky! It means our little friend is worthwhile, and the two days I took to read every 58 post on CGN (about 3000) and form the FAQs was worth it. We have come a long way, from the naysayers who chirped "AK, banned!" to seeing it almost everywhere in Canada, and used in hunting, and sport shooting. Please keep photos of these used in target shooting and hunting. From time to time we see trolls feeling them out, and to them I say all you see is responsible users enjoying their sport. Join us! You are welcome.

The next phase will be exciting. We have some real die-hard advocates here (you know who you are), and business partners like Palinak. I give a nod to our CZ and SK friends. I never thought I'd do it, but now this traditionalist will utter those words: "Pimp my rifle."

i been shooting hunting rounds from my cz 858. I do have a 270 savage with a scope(leupold ) I like it but I am hunting at close ranges and I asume the 7.62 x 39 has a larger killing impact. Also where my 1st tree stand is your not allowed shot guns. I love cz858 cuz of weight and durability. good lil bush gun i figure.....

That last stock, is the folding part that attaches to the reciever steel or plastic?

I remember how it was behind the iron curtain I also started of as a leftie ....but the government made me change ;)
I guess some things haven't changed even today hehe

This is new stuff...there is lot of what you ordered in the military.

retail prices I don't have at this time .......I just got samples enroute and my cost is of course higher then when I order in bulk.

so be patient ;)
