Hello, I believe you have a Mosin Nagant Model 1938 or 1907. Not sure, looks like a 53' possibly, but it is a Mosin
Note that the stock is cut for a '44 bayonet.
Is that a splice in the forend, between the sling slot and the band spring?
Anything written on the breech of the barrel?
