what knife is everybody using this year for field dressing/skinning/processing?

We have a knife maker in our moose camp and every year he makes new designs from our input, what we like or dislike in a knife. And there are not cheap unless you are a tester than they are free.

I use a Kershaw with a gut hook in the field. I also use my Leatherman because it has a great little saw. When I am butchering I have a large steak knife and a smaller, more flexable boning knife ( and a steel) all byVictorinox. These knives are awesome and used by both my friends who work as butchers ( not meat cutters ).
