What Was Your First Handgun and Do You Still Have It?

My first was a baby browning 25 auto, lol. Cost me $45! I still have it but am thinking about selling it and a couple other prohibs, mainly because I never use them. However I get an uncontrollable shaking feeling and start to feel nauseous just thinking of selling one of my guns!

Alaways thoght a fella should own at least one hg in every caliber, then one stainless and one blued, then one smith and one sig and....,yes I am a gun nut !

Taurus 24/7 in 9mm. Light primer strikes, stovepipes galore, then the front sight popped off and disappeared in the snow. Contacted Taurus for warranty work and got the "sorry but you live in Canada" bs. Replaced the sight and it went in with others in a trade. Will never buy another Taurus.

1968 I bought a Browning challenger 22. Still have it along with a
few others that I purchased along the way, challengers and medalists

My first was a Norinco 1911. It's gone and I don't miss it. My first firearm was a valtro PM5 with a 14 inch barrel... I do miss that one but it wasn't importable into the USA.

I bought 2 as my firsts. A CZ SP-01 Shadowline and a Ruger Mark 3.
Sold both years ago. Since then I bought a Shadowmate and enjoy it much.

All the talk about back door registry in proposed Bill C71 and here you guys go and put it out there for every one to see.

Handguns are restricted, soooo....they already know we have them...smh. Anyhow mine was a ISSC M22 or otherwise known as a baby Glock in 22LR.
