The hell does that mean?

What no 1 chambering goes over 10k joules?

Are we going to see every action that can handle those pressures banned?

If anyone is concerned I will be happy to buy their soon to be banned single shots at a reduced rate
 
Other guns that are banned in chamberings over 10 k joules include: Westley Richards single shots, purdey doubles and the heym 88b

I’m not enthusiastic about any ban; but the way it’s written suggests that the models are banned IF they go over a certain bore diameter or 10 k joules. Meaning our no 1 are likely safe for now

The question remains; what Ruger no1 exceeds that? Did some masochist register a 460 wby rechamberwd 458 no 1 back in the day? And what moron wrote this list?

I can honestly say I think I would have wanted one of each of those models... A .22LR, super classy little thing, a 7.7-twist .243 would be a hoot, a short .44 Mag would be fun in the bush, I'm a big Whelen fanboy, and I've been wanting a .204 Ruger to try out for years.
 
I think Mr. Hankey is trying to terrorize conservative law abiding gun owners in an effort to appear strong and win all the Karen votes.
 
Scroll through the whole list for an eye opener. There’s a long list of bolt action rifles that are magnum sized hidden in there as well. The contempt for law abiding citizens who own firearms by the current regime continues to astonish me. It’s possibly time to divide this mess of a Country.
