What's your all-time favorite black rifle? Not because it's the "best".... but just because it's cool to you

FN FAR!!! Everybody thinks they look weird, and they kind of do, but it's the exact kind of weird I like. For a 5.56 I'd say the Benelli MR1 or the Keltec PLR-16 and for a 12Ga it'd have to be the KS7. I'm clearly not a fan of telescopic stocks lol
 
Black rifles are not special to me.

They are simply useful tools.

But, your question made me wonder, are any of my firearms special?

Yes.

When my children were still crawling and toddling, I purchased a like new Ruger Bearcat from a gentleman in Calgary who needed the cash.

There was no question in my mind that it was well worth the $50, a princely sum at the time.

It is special, because it was used to teach my four children and five grandchildren the skills that they will employ throughout their lives.
