If you are able to get your hands on a 49, don't buy it as a shooter. Buy it, keep it, and buy another for your shooter!!
I am going to let my wife and only my wife shoot the 49 . ( not even me) it is a refurbish so what harm can be done!
And yet there is only one of my wife!! Not trying to be rude, but I do not understand why you would own a rifle/ gun and not use it. As long as you don't abuse it , shouldn't be a problem!
Banned from import is what I lastbheard aboutthe sks' s![]()
No problem you can keep going. My mind is set on a westrifle sks.
When did u find a sks there for $150? They have it priced at $199 when I look.
That ammo is actually corrosive.
Lots of people have posted that the 'non-Corrosive" is in fact corrosive ammo.
I hear and respect what you are saying Jonny... Make sure to really really clean out the barrel on that 49, the early years barrels were not chrome lined so the corrosive ammo can do even more damage very quickly if left! On another note, do you wanna sell your 4 safe queen SVT40's you were mentioning in another thread if rifles should be shot.....why keep them if your not gonna shoot them
Cheers
Sorry OP for hijacking your thread![]()
Still waiting on an offer...or are you trying to make a point?
Is there a difference between a laminate stock and a plywood stock ?
