Without breaking the bank you might try Eley sport which is $6.99 when bought by the brick and REALLY shoots nice in my cz's. I was also very impressed with sk pistol match and SK standard which my local c.t. carries. Sk pistol was only $9.99 and standard was $6.99. Target shooting supplies in Toronto has them. This ammo is cheap to buy but believe me it really performs MUCH better than the price would suggest!
Have any of you experienced light primer strikes with Aquila 40gr Super Extra .22LR? 10rds out of 50 did on me, ran them through again and they went off.
No issues going through 100rds of CCI SV the same day so I know it isn't my rifle. The Aquila were more accurate but getting out of the zone to load a round on a five round string isn't to ideal lol.
Could be a bad batch. I bought a couple boxes of CCI SV and Blazer. Had to force the cartridges out of the plastic tray. Excessive wax on bullets. Difficult to close the bolt and poor accuracy 1" at 50 yards.
Winchester Dynapoint did better. The Aquila Super Extra high velocity was suprisingly consistent. Shot four groups all under .5" mark. Aquila Super Extra standard velocity was .5" to 1".
In my rifle I found CCI AR Tactical is the most consistent of CCI ammo compared to SV, Subsonic, Mini mag 36 and 40 gr. Not as many fliers.
CZ 452 Varmint 50 yards. 5 shot groups

Just picked up some CCI velocitor. 10/22 Heavy barrel. All I can say is WOW!
Just a guess but assuming you did not clean and recondition the bore with each new batch of ammo.
Is the AR Tactical and WW333 copper plated? From my experience after using copper, even the best ammo will not perform to expected levels.
Quite certain that had you cleaned the rifle, conditioned the bore and used that box of ammo until you had 9 groups the conclusions may have differed.
Velocities from those different varieties may have told another story.
CCI MiniMags will show vastly different results when velocity is consistent but will swing considerably when velocity drops.
