I'll have to jump in here and provide a counter point. All my major purchases in the last year have come from TSE. All my dealings with them have been topnotch. I bought a firearm from them and encountered a minor warranty issue with the finish on the bolt. I PM'd redleg here on CGN and explained my problem. He didn't even blink, had me ship the bolt back to them and said he would send out a new one. Great I thought, it will be a couple of weeks before I get it. But to my surprise them new bolt was at my door in two days from my initial contact with redleg. He didn't even look at my old bolt, hell it wasn't even to Calgary, before he shipped out the new bolt.
I have ordered stuff over the phone and had it arrive with the proper items in a very timely matter (as in they shipped it the same day I ordered it).
They only problem I ever had was it was crowded one day when I made a special trip to Calgary to pick up a shotgun, I phoned before hand to double check the availability and was told they were in stock. When I got there 4 hours later I found out they only had the display model left, so I ended up with the display gun that had been handled, racked and dry fired by everyone and their dog, but I got good service from the guy helping me and got a few boxes of slugs for my troubles.
Every shop or dealer on this board has had bad days when things don't go their way and the customer service suffers, but I say put yourself in their position and see how you deal with the stress.
I do not hesitate to shop at TSE and hope the rest of you stay away so its not so crowded ever time I go there
Also, the reason those guys are wearing their holster is because they are also Range Officers, when they're not supervising on the range they are helping behind the counter.
