Let's be realistic. July production, so they'll finish mid to end of July then get on the boat. They'll spend a few weeks, possibly a month on the boat crossing the ocean, and get here mid to late August, maybe even September. Once they do, the RCMP will have the CBSA hold them while they take their sweet time heading over there to inspect this shipment in an attempt to find some reason to prohibit it. Then after they hopefully can't, they'll have the shipment loaded onto a train and it'll spend a week or two crossing from Vancouver to Toronto, then it'll be unloaded and shipped by truck to TI, who will have to receive it, process it, and then spend time shipping it. Realistically, the guns will be in people's hands by October at the earliest, and even as late as December.

Too bad its going to take 5 years to have them made and approved by a different seller... then time to have them loaded onto a 15th century ming dynasty junk ship to get here

It is clear to see from those pics that it is a hybrid of the SKS and the AK systems. I think they could be a good VZ 858 alternative.

I am thinking maybe another importer. Any other frt entry? Can am? They look similar to the American 5.56 same safety only in 7.62x39. Definitely a different version than tactical imports. Also the underfolder, muzzle and does not seem to have the adjustable gas system.

That under folder version is pretty slick. I don't like how that version has the sks style trigger guard safety though. If that was brought to our market as another option I'd have some serious decisions to be made.

Those hand guards look like refurbed surplus. A lot of the wood has that heat-stressed look to it from heavy firing.

Where is this image coming from? Not to be overly blunt, but anyone can can photoshop the TI logo onto a pic they found on the web of a bunch of crates of surplus hand guards and upload it to imgur (which is where the image above links to).

It's a screen shot from TI's instagram.
