Wolverine Supplies

I have to send my gun to Wolverine here soon, and there'd better be some free loctite coming my way or I'm going to rage on their forum as well.

WOW...

More than 160 posts, and the Original Poster doesn't have the courage to answer one of them.

He must feel like a complete Moron, and right so.

he probably either :

(a) logged into his existing liberal party forum account and posted his rant there, figuring he might get a more positive response :p

or

(b)created an account to said liberal party forum and posted said rant :p

or perhaps he's embarrassed and is just shying away, which is understandable, after all who hasn't inserted their foot in their mouth before, i know i have :)

A few months ago iIordered an item that is not normally stocked. Wolverine gave me an approximate range (4-6 months) and asked for a 15% deposit... quite reasonable if you ask me.

Hate stupid trolls that post accusations, then don't bother to respond. Too busy to reply says you, then don't bother posting. nuff said.

Place operates like a three ring S#it show. Phoned get pricing, played 64 questions, an three different staff, then they had the balls to ask for cash up front on a purchase with a indefinite delivery date.

This seems hard to believe, Ive bought lots of guns and stuff from John, awesome guy, fantastic service..............EVERY TIME!!!!!

Folks, this 'Thumbs-down' on Wolverine thread keeps popping up to the top of the forum because everyone is so adamant about how wonderful they are. Time to let the thread die and sink to the bottom.

I don't know about that. I don't think so.

Maybe they transfered you to the wrong department. It has happened to me. ;)

then they had the balls to ask for cash up front on a purchase with a indefinite delivery date.

Is it a special order? If so then yes I can see them asking for cash up front.
I had to do that for a Glock 22 LR conversion kit.

Thats part of running a business.;)

If some jackass called me and talked like you did here I'd tell you to get stuffed and stop acting like a spoiled brat.

I'd like to know what you were asking about ordering. If you're wanting to get some bizarre European rifle imported, and it has to be specially made by the manufacturer (or they only do one run/year), of course it's going to be a long delivery date. Also if it's a special order firearm, naturally you're going to have to put a deposit on it... can you find another dealer that is willing to bring in an item that is not stocked without some sort of assurance that they're not going to be stuck with it if you flake out?

For example, if you want a Merkel rifle, you'll usually be looking at a 20%-50% deposit (depending on the over all cost of the rifle and where you order it from) and at least an 8 month wait. Since at the time or order, the rifle usually isn't made, the expected delivery date is often subject to change.
