Soooo SIXGUN1, what responsibility do you have in this regard?

I have dealt with Wolverine and find them nothing but professional and very easy to deal with.

So it makes me wonder what you did to contribute to your "poor" experience?
 
Money up front is standard..

That's sort of normal, they're ordering a product across border - making a commitment to get it for you, shouldn't you commit to paying in advance for it? If you really want it?.. You have no idea how often people will screw you over when you order things for them as a business.

I've had nothing buy excellent experience dealing with and ordering from Wolverine,

I hope if you guys are reading this you keep up the good work.
 
Simply BEST customer service I've ever experienced.. Last purchase had lots of stupid question on my behalf.. Danielle, Tyson, and Wolfgang rolled thru them all with ease.. many thanks guys!..
 
I think this subject has been dealt with in sufficient length to deserve closing. Wolverine is simply one of the best, if not the best, in the business and we all know it. Just because one CGN member went on a rant without a single specific issue to elucidate for the rest of us to make an informed judgement, there's no need for this subject to remain open. Save the OP the gratification of seeing all of us respond to his badly written rant.

so far it is great PR for Wolverine, while the OP went into hiding.
 
I'm with Polaris on this one. IMO the better dealers leave the threads open so at people can see (a) the complaint (b) the dealer's response if applicable and (c) the views of others. Remember the RobertF vs. ATRS thread - that was priceless and much better than suppressing the complaint.

3 deals with the folks at Wolverine online & by phone, and all of them were handled quickly & professionally. The folks, in a couple of the purchases, went the extra mile that I did not require, or expect them too!
The fact the OP didn't even complete the transaction, and started #####ing about on CGN speaks volumes about his/her character....

As for the guy #####ing about an out of stock SKS...Well, I just can't comprehend that. There have to be 500 other places in the Dominion that carry those paddles....
 
Haven't dealt with Wolverine, so I won't say anything except that I have heard alot of good things about how hey operate.

However, I don't know if I'd be willing to pay up front with an indefinite delivery date. I have ordered items through other dealers with no delivery date and not had to pay until it was in stock. But I understand that it depends on the item and the dealer has their own concerns depending on the deal. They are still a business and can get burned easily.

I thought this post to be rather rude. Sometimes people just want to check out product and inventory without wasting someone's time...you know...shopping...freaky concept, eh?
 
I already gave my support back in post #5, but here is my update.

I ordered a raging judge last Monday. Instantaneous correspondence, great follow up by Tyson, money was dealt with, guess what showed up today?! Not too shabby for a restricted transfer and shipping. Less than a week from them to my door step.

All around a fabulous experience. And the ragin judge makes my Desert Eagle look tiny!

Can't wait to get some .454 casull and see what this little mf'er can do....
