My two are on the way! WOOHOO!

My order was dragging badly but it was partly me due to messing up on my original EMT but it had been a couple of weeks now since I straightened that up so I called today. Seems an office gremlin got the order misplaced but Mike got it all together after a 10 minute pause and promised express service on all counts under their control along with a big apoligy. So I should have my two grease spots by sometime mid to late next week with any luck.

Oh boy, the mods to mine should be flying by about two days after arrival. First order of buisiness will be making up a few sets of new hardwood grips. I'm even going to try making up some Tokegypt style grips in some nice hardwoods. And trigger guts polishing to smoothen and lighten the triggers. From there I may even look at doing a facelift makeover on the exterior and get them re-blued.

How long is it taking you guys to get your guns from CanadaAmmo? I ordered mine about a month ago,so far no word.

Order my second one Mar 24th and got the complete email and tracking number yesterday ! April 14th

hope this one will be as good as the first ! :D

Damn,I ordered before both of you guys. I emailed them today, they said they are waiting for the transfer togo through, and then they'll be sent. Not sure what's holding up the transfer.

Call CFC. They sat on my transfer until I called and then it was magically approved. Once it's approved let the guys at CanAm know and they'll get your new toy out to you.

Well I shot a Tokerov last night. 10 yards a two inch circle developed around the POA. Trigger wasn't near as bad as I thought it would be, in fact it was quite smooth, really quite acceptable. Ummm for $100...why not? As thin as it is it would make quite a carry piece...if one could carry.

Take Care

Bob

Shot my third Norcarev last night. Bullets hit just slightly left of POA. Group was best of the three. Trigger is fair for military. Hopefully it will improve.

Norc #2 is out of commission. I took trigger group apart to polish it up. Lost a spring trying t put it back together. CAMAm is sending a replacement. I have a workshop that easts springs and pins. Eventually it will saturate and they will start to surface.

Well, I got the time to give it a look. It's the same variation as the first one I got, but the safety lever is much easier to operate.

It sports a nasty "L" shaped scratch on the right side of the slide and the extractor pin portrudes about 1.5 mm out of the slide.

Should I just take a punch to it and hammer the pin in?

Dammit, all this talk is getting me anxious for mine. I thought they'd be here by now, but got a message today from Canam that I have to call the CFC regarding my transfer. No idea why,so hopefully it's not a problem and I can get it squared away quickly.
