It would be nice to have the option to have or not. I really want the Sam Thunderbolt, just wish I could have it without the rail. Browning was an innovator, so I'm not sure, he may have liked the rail, and seen it as an improvement, or something that detracts from the original basic form of the 1911. Anyway, that's just my opinion. Off to bake a maple pound cake and make cabbage rolls.

Sorry buddy, wish I could give you some cabbage rolls. I think I'm going to do a search for threads about cooking. There must be some. Back to the 1911. I think that things could always be improved on, but not everyones idea of improvement is the same. That is why choices are good. It is nice to have so many aftermarket accessories as options, because our tastes change, and the 1911 you buy now can be changed in many ways as your needs change, and thus improved in the ways you choose. It is good to have
such a versatile platform to build on, say with the addition of a rail.

My posts addressed the 1911. Don't try to intimadate me. Your post could be viewed as goading and I will not be led into an arguement. I have broken no rules as I have addressed the 1911, you have by going against mods. admonishments from the russian thread and continue to hound me in another thread. We can let the moderator settle this now, or you can stop addressing me.

That warning was for that particular thread and the situation there in. You can't keep using that every time someone doesn't like what you say and let's you know it. If you read your posts you bring it on yourself 90% of the time. Talk guns and leave carrot cake to the off topics or food forums. When I tilt with people I get over it or just stop posting in that thread. This site is primarily men and the internet gives the impression of anonymity, by pointing out your gender and posting like you have, you have drawn out the crazies. CGN has a women's area to prevent that or just use the ignore function.

I don't know what mod admonishments you speak of. I have not had any go at you in any other thread.
I have been tolerating the hijackings politely and have even been polite once I spoke up.

That recipe looks great , but I like slathering my 1911 in about a quart of oil and I season to taste. but thanks for the recipe. I have no problem wit hyou being a woman or talking about recipes for 1911. personally I haven't seen a sam thunderbolt but I will look into it. I think norinco is going to become a household name before long.
