WOW! Chrome and Two Tone Norinco 1911 IN STOCK!!!

My fingers are crossed that there is a chrome NP22 in the near future. Could easily see that being my first Norinco.

CanAm? Chrome NP22!

No doubt , ruger knocked out of the park with there first attempt. seriously, at that price point. They did very well. Norincos' are good they just lack the little things in the fit n finish department. but they are a quality starter in my opinion. great learning guns and an awesome platform to start from because they are made with very high quality steel.

I don't have a Norinco yet, but I think this one will be my first. If they are sold out before I'm ready, I will see if CanAm has the commander combat with adj. sight in black in stock, then with the money I saved, maybe get a polished hard chrome and tune up on it. A guy at my club has one, and he has a lot of very good guns, but he seems to really like his Norinco. He speaks very highly of it, and I have witnessed his real world experience with it. I have never seen him have a problem with it. And who knows what could be coming in the future from CanAm and Norinco.

It would be nice to have the option to have or not. I really want the Sam Thunderbolt, just wish I could have it without the rail. Browning was an innovator, so I'm not sure, he may have liked the rail, and seen it as an improvement, or something that detracts from the original basic form of the 1911. Anyway, that's just my opinion. Off to bake a maple pound cake and make cabbage rolls.
Damn..you cook..you bake and you shoot...My kinda girl..lol

Thank you. I hope if they sell out of the chrome Norincos, they get another load in this summer. They seem really well received, and hopefully will continue to be good sellers, and hopefully there will be many more interesting things to come from CanAm and Norinco.

I got the chrome compact and already have a blue one from the combo deal, now I am thinking of getting a police model. I like them. If you ever want to try one before you buy let me know.

Yes these norincos are a great gun. the only issue you will have with them is if you don't clean them after say 350 rounds..lol like I did the first time they jam and stove pipe a lot. I was all mad and thought they were junk . Then my buddy said "when was the last time you cleaned it?".......total silence.......I did the ...well uhm ...you see...I ...uhm...HAHA!.....funny you mentioned that....I have never cleaned it....lol. cleaned it ..and voila hot lead down range all day no problem!!

Just picked up my chrome full size , first impressions not too bad . The good... the price , tight slide to frame fit tighter than my other Norcs, no rattle or wiggle, good trigger , chrome finish seems durable , safety is very positive best yet on any norc 1911 i have owned .. The bad .. plastic main spring housing ? when the hell did Norinco start this! Norinco is also now using MIM parts like the safety , sights ect .. Wish the sights were black not chromed ..

i was bummed about the plastic main spring housing too. That's another thing ill be replacing as well. The safety and slide lock are going too, a little much for my taste and sharp as hell. i second the sight colour, its hard to pick up against the chrome and the front sight dot is tiny. Finish seems durable, i thought i gave mine the dreaded idiot mark but it rubbed away.

Yep I want new sights the most . wondering if aftermarket sights like this will fit ? http://stores.kensight.com/bomar-bmcs-1911-kensight-sight-with-rounded-blade/

Probably going to require Smith work to get it fitted into the slide. I was thinking the same but its just a plinker anyways so I'll just keep the factory sights till they need replacing.
