** Your NEA102 build **

Im settin mine up exactly the same as my AR and my PAR308....exactly the same furniture but the optic will be a burris M-TAC.....probably drop a cadex MX-1 brake on it....I have one on my 338 and it really does a really nice job...probably drop the 308 down to nothin for fast follow ups.

I'm going for exactly the same feel and muscle memory as my others...

lookin forward to developing some loads for it :)

No one going to simply shoot theirs and see if they are reliable and accurate before spending a bunch of money trying to dress it up?

Don't you need to dress it with a scope and mount for you to test that? :p

Going to need a decent optic, variety of ammo, and shooter for a proper test. I won't be listening to the gossip on here until I get mine to the range and test it out myself with various bullet weights etc etc which will take multiple range trips.

given all the damn issues with every caliber of ar15 NEA has made I would believe this to be the wise course of action.

Just kinda point it at the dirt er wha? Lol most of my list is items i either have lying about, or can steal from other rifles. Except the glass and brake. Always wanted to try a mk4 anyways, and all i have to do for the brake is load a piece of 4340 and push go ;)

That's brutal man. Some people are unable to hump a 10lb rifle for other reasons. My neck, knees, and back are paying for a 32 year military career. So I suppose in your eye I'm not a f**king man either.

Hey if the cap fits

Just a heads up to those trolling this thread... Infractions are being handed out. Knock it off or you'll be shown the door permanently.

I am looking forward to the day when this thread has pictures!

Me to! And wrt pictures, in the other thread in SFRC's subforum, Chemist said:

They are being shipped to me now. Honestly, I'm not feeling well enough today to travel any great distance...or more to the point, to be far away from a bathroom. Note to self, don't eat 1/2 a bag of cherries no matter how good they taste.

NEA is sending me some pictures later today.

Within the next week or so law abiding Canadian firearm owners all over this country (myself included) will gleefully be adding sights scopes and customizing their new NEA102 .308 non-restricted semi automatic rifles and at the same time exposing the Canadian firearms legislation and the Liberal gun control agenda for the stupidity it is and the insanity it represents.

Thank you NEA for bringing this rifle to market.

My plan is to shoot it lots after adding a scope.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Dont get how poeple jump on these preorders for a rifle with barely any pictures or specs on the actual rifle. Not even a range video to show for what you're dropping over a grand for. Yeah sit there and argue it but you know its true.

I trust NEA, and so do others on here that have real hands on experience with them. There are lots of photos and specs out, we are literally just waiting for the rifles to be shipped. You are just jealous you couldn't get in on the first shipment :p

No im actually quite content that i didnt jump on them. If any problems should arrive with these rifles im sure you'll be told to pound sand like others have been told when guinea pigging for companies

Solid logic never buy anything that's new. We would be much safer financially to all be rocking flintlock muskets. I think the people that put their money where their mouth was knew the risk/reward. Some can afford a little risk.
