Un-issued/never issued means brand new from the factory, not arsenal refurbished. All numbers matching and no tampering or poor repairs. These guns have been poorly repaired, proof marks on mine is tampered with, and are in no way remotely close to what was described. There are Chinese SKS that are factory new that have been sitting in Cosmo for years, as well as Russian and yugo SKS. It's possible to get one that's unmolested but very rare.

I wonder who te supplier was, NS? The retailer hold the bag on this one, to the customer, if true, the fact that they were told a lie by the supplier, doesn’t relieve them of the responsibility of checking what they are selling before shipping to unsuspecting buyers at exorbitant prices!

That'said people keep showing me there "all matching sks,s "that i keep telling them are referbs.... but they insist arw original. ..

For the guys that have been refused a refund, do as mentioned before and call your CC company and file a dispute and also file a fraud report with York Regional Police. The officer at the desk last night was super helpful and mentioned that this is something their fraud department would have a look at.

Well, thanks for that BBB, from that letter, it doesn't look like the supplier is the issue as the retailer seemed to say!
Maybe those that bought could get together and have a lawyer send a letter etc. Really too bad it has to come to this. I doubt anyone would buy from this operation again.
I can understand one person saying a firearm is in good condition and another saying very good, kind of in sthe eye of the beholder, but, to say that an obvious refurb ( unissued) is never issued, is either a fool and should not be selling firearms or a cheat.
It didn't come out of nowhere. It was a response to VinnyQC saying there is no such thing as an alternative fact. I was simply pointing out in a post Trump world there absolutely IS alternative facts.
The stock market was doing good before Trump showed up too. It's gone pretty stagnant lately though.

It's pretty simple to me; I feel we are all owed the difference between what we paid, and what the market for nice condition refurbs actually is.
I estimate that value difference to be about $350 between the laminate, and hardwood I purchased.
All they need to do is refund the difference, and apologise for the indescretion.
That's it.
Otherwise, they should be liable for return shipping, and full refund. Period.
We aren't talking about a huge amount of money here. For some, maybe, but lawyers cost more per hour than I'm out by doing nothing.
Let's just keep perspective here, and act like adults.
Looking at their google reviews, 11 people have posted so far and given them 1 star. Their rating went from 4.8 yesterday to 3.9 this morning.
As little a difference as some people think this makes, I know for myself I typically research the business before I spend my dollars.
The google ratings, along with the CC companies, police, RCMP, and these forum posts I wonder how and why Rangeview hasn't stepped up here.
Seems like they're having fun just watching themselves go down across the board.
