Why the hell do people hunt with semi auto rifles??

C'mon, everyone here knows they're so useless they're not even good enough to burn. :D
The Australian Prime Minister disagrees though.
He made us all hand 'em in so he could crush and burn them.

Well, so long as we choose the sheilas we swap.
There are a few sheilas I know you can have for free.
In fact we'd almost PAY you to take em away.
You guys know what a #### is?
These chicks are worse.......we call em slurries. :(
They've got a face like a dropped pie and mouth like an open sewer.

His house is worth more then your trailer park. :p :D
HEY!!
Don't you go dissing trailer parks.
They're places of good breeding. ;)
Actually....I think I phrased that poorly.
I meant they're places where the opportunity to breed is good. :)
That's better.
Mind you, the results of the breeding.....well, you can make your own judgement. :(
Let's say that the kiddies pool isn't the only shallow pool in those places.......:D

i know alot of people who own 742's 7400's and 750's and they've never had problems they don't use scopes just iron and peep sights and still get 1'' groups at 75 yards and still shoot deer in the head so nuff said to you semi auto bashers there fine you just have to know how to take care of your which most of the time seems to be the reason people choose bolt because they either don't know how or don't want to take care of there guns and for the people who ##### about follow up shot i own a 7600 30-06 and im a dogger so ya 4 or 5 shot usually happen because our bullets have a hard time tryin to get through the brush and who care if people shoot more than one shot just shut up and keep your opinion to yourself if you think your the almight hunter because you owna bolt ans kill the deer with on shot at 500 yards running full out then hooray for you i guess that make you a better hunter than me then doesn't it

Wow, the smartest post I've ever read from a newbie. And to bring a 2 year old post back from the dead to murder it with lack of punctuation. Way cool!

Semi automatics

I know lots of guys that have sworn off Remington Semi autos. However, I know some seasoned gentlemen who are still hunting with the original 742's they first purchased new back in the late 1960s and have never had problems.

I've owned several Remington pumps, mainly 760 Carbines from the 1960's. I find their short medium thickness barrels extremely accurate and they have all proven very reliable. For cleaning I just use a bore snake to keep the fouling moving forward and not back into the action.

Semis in shotguns is great for ducks and geese. Semis in rifles are for Rambos and hapless inaccurate mongrels hoping the next one will hit fur.
