Are there any .300 barrels for these kinds of rifles?
Affirmative, many review sites were given a Gen 2 10" .300 Blackout for review. PWS should be able to readily spin up a long barrel for the Canadian market.

I feel like you maybe vastly under estimating the incompetency of goblermint bureaucracy. We will not be doing any short barreled versions. This rifle was approved after the OIC, if they were going to ban the rifle they would never have approved the rifle in the first place as a NON Restricted platform.
Many of the NR 308 semis that were approved NR were then prohibited. Hard to invest in a new item on market for the fear that it'll be turned into paperweight the next dayI feel like you maybe vastly under estimating the incompetency of goblermint bureaucracy.
For the moment, IRG has said only complete rifles in 223 Wylde NR will be sold. It is possible they may sell complete uppers in other cartridges, but nothing has been announced.
Currently just 5.56... if we do other calibers we will make sure you can purchase just the upper so you will be able to swap them out or the complete rifle.
Where did they say 223 Wylde for a calibre?
I searched and can't find IRG confirming calibre other than it being 5.56.
I believe the implication that it was made by PWS and very similar to the Brownell's BRN-180 led to the conclusion that it is 223 Wylde, given most PWS products are, and the BRN-180 upper is as well.
