Is it really worth shopping at this store? TENDA

The only experience I had, they were awesome. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, and happened to notice by mistake. Fired off an email since I was at work and wouldn't be able to call for a few hours.
They replied promptly, and got everything sorted out and corrected very quickly.
This is just one experience, but was definitely very positive for it being my only one so far.

I have had nothing but the best of luck and great service from Tenda. Just received my new Troy pump action 223/556. Arrived yesterday in perfect condition. Not too sure why you would be having trouble.

All the best in 2021 my friend. Maybe this is just a minor issue for you that will sort itself out.

Just a quick update guys...

I ordered about 25 minutes ago and they still haven't shipped my order... Clearly unacceptable and an unprofessional way to do business.

No signs of space shuttle in the sky delivering my order yet, wtf Tenda !

How about a real example. Order an item, a week later they email stating your order is complete, credit card charged and here is your tracking number. Next day you get a message that they don’t have an item that you did not order and offer a refund. This is followed shortly by another message that indicates they don’t have the item that you did order and offer a refund. I message them wtf?? Wait for several days to get a reply that effectively says nope don’t have what you want, our bad. I message back asking if I can get a refund, week goes by no reply, their ordering system still says thanks for the money. Now I wait for my credit card statement as I will likely have to ask for a charge back because the vendor can’t be bothered to communicate with me.

Made multiple purchases in the past with them, all went well. Shipping sometimes can take a while, but during large sales, I expect it and am not bothered much. I did occasionally get my order as quickly as within the same week.

In early December, I ordered several boxes of two different weights of projectiles for IPSC Revolver load development (after initial tests on leftover stock, a good bit of power lost to shorter barrel and cylinder gap vs. my semi pistol... my old loads won't do), along with a few other odds and ends while at it.

A little less than two weeks later, Canpar came every business day for three days with a few boxes from my order. Still outstanding are three remaining boxes of the same type of projectile for which shipping labels were prepared, but Canpar tracking does not follow further than the label creation.

After a few exchanged emails and a phone call to follow-up (the line can sometimes be busy, call again later; it happens!), they think the website possibly allowed two users to purchase part of the very limited quantity of outstanding projectiles at the same time and that two of the three outstanding boxes cannot be replaced, but one more should have been shipped to me. The missing packages are under investigation with Canpar to track down first to figure out if, or how many, were misplaced. Since Canpar is now shut down, that will have to wait.

Sure, it's been a while since I ordered from them and some of my order is still outstanding, but they are taking the proper steps to figure it out and I trust a resolution will follow once the Covid limitations let the system back in play.

I haven't had an issue yet with them.
I have done 4 purchases from them online with 3 delivered and one pickup with no issues what so ever. The wife even got me a 2 presents for xmas from them this year and both came before xmas and with zero issues.

Great pricing for most things, website is easy to use and delivery has never been an issue. Ill keep ordering from them for sure.

I've ordered of them for years way before I even found out about Canadiangunnutz never an issue

No doubt that there is not a supplier here that has not had a mistake, a glitch or a catastrophe with an order. Likely in small percentages.
Like stated earlier, these are not normal times and hicups should almost be expected.
Personally I have ordered everything from guns, to ammo, to accessories from Tenda and have yet to experience anything but exemplary service, shipping and communications.
Definetely one of my 'go to' suppliers.

Laugh2

Sometimes I feel like it's the same 5 people constantly buying and complaining.

I honestly think most of it is one or two of their competitors just slinging shiit. When you constantly have the lowest prices around it tends to rub some of the old guard the wrong way. It's why I also think they don't have strong selections in some of the brands with strong MAP pricing, like Sako/Tikka. They don't play the old boys game, they just say f it, let's sell lots of stuff.

I agree that's a strong possibility.

That’s funny, I always got the feeling that the glowing reviews that randomly came down the pike were phoney, andyways I really doubt that it’s a conspiracy, what’s the old boys game that they’re rebelling against ?

I 100% agree with this statement. I have order over $5000.00 worth of stuff from Tenda and never had an issue. I call them and they pick up the phone on the second ring plus 24 hr turn around on emails. I cant ask for better customer service than that.
