Wrong rifle sent, no refund

The title of this thread is "Wrong rifle sent, no refund", but the OP won't share his invoice in comparison to what arrived.

FOC has stated they shipped what was ordered so "Wrong rifle sent" appears to be false.

Ball's in OP's court to post invoice and pics, or, assuming he's mature enough, apologize for a flame thread he started for no reason.
 
Sorry ladies, no invoice , no apologies, I had a question, it got answered. Everything else that was said , take it or leave it.
Personally I trust my friend and I will not be doing business with FOC in the future.

Make sure you tell your real name to FOC so he can reject your business if you try to order something from them. They don’t know who is “cman”. I am sure FOC is going to be happy about it.

I will keep doing business with FOC. Who else will be doing business with FOC?

I’d be upset if I ordered/paid for something, rec’d something different, and retailer refused to make it right….absolutely, ***BUT after 7 pages of reading to find out that wasn’t the case is troubling. Finding out that if it was in fact an error on the retailers behalf that they would make things right is great…..irrelevant to this post….but great. Sounds as though the OP is a loyal friend (to a guy married to a lawyer), but I’d feel little hung out to dry if I went out on the limb so publically with accusations based on misinformation……
Side note: I wouldn’t want to be this fella and his lawyer wife taking this before the courts lol. My eyes hurt….

So quick recap on what you've accomplished with this thread:

- Confirmed your friend is A: unable to read product descriptions effectively B: Has you as an E-attack dog without hesitation
- Cut and try policies are confusing
- Anyone who reads through these posts will likely never sell you anything without a lawyer writing up an agreement
- You have decided to not buy from easily one of the best online retailers for guns and ammo in Canada
- Made yourself look ridiculous/immature instead of simply providing some proof of you/your friends claim or simply apologizing to a company who is following their posted policies

This will be filed under "dumpster fire" for sure. Thanks for the cheap entertainment.
 
This is not entirely uncommon with firearms I bought a shotgun out of the box it only fired one out of every 5 or 6th shell if that the store would not help the manufacturer would not help so there it sits taking up space on the rack. I assume its a firing pin or spring issue but Pallas does not sell much in the way of parts in canada so.... and with the way the policies are set up theres thing one you can do about it
 
Well that’s embarrassing after all this commotion. That basically spells out exactly what FOC stated to me, your “buddy” ordered the one he was shipped, realized after and regretted his decision. Only the invoice would change that outcome. Good work.

Yeah, I also bought a non mos glock, and after a few days realized I wanted a mos. But as an adult, I said "Oh well, that's on me" and didn't even consider asking to have it changed. The next gun, description said 2 mags. I called the dealer to confirm. They did, and I ordered.

I cant count how many times Ive ordered crap off amazon half drunk and when it showed up, was pleasantly disappointed in myself.

When you order online, it's on you to comfirm. If not sure, call before clicking checkout.

Firearms are final sale. I believe your friend ordered a Kodiak Defense Magpul edition which he received. We didn't ship the wrong firearm.

Just FYI, this particular issue aside
No Visa sale is final if the goods aren’t as advertised and satisfactory regardless of the store policy
Please read your VISA agreement especially "dispute condition 13.3 Not as described - defective merchandise"
