The 500 round burn downs were interesting, but they literally take the shotgun out of the box and try and fire 500 rounds through it.
They come packed in ####ty preservation oil, it's thick as hell, they all need a good clean and lube then go run the 500 rounds and see what happens.
Like an SKS, one of the most durable and reliable designs, come packed in ####, you couldn't get 10 rounds through one of those if you didn't clean it and lube it up first lol
This is an issue I have with James Reeves as well. We learned [in Canada, anyway] with Norinco guns and other 3-rd world guns, that they need to be cleaned, properly lubed and maybe deburred a bit before we can be reasonably objective about how well a gun works. Reeves also seems to feel that a 'quality gun' should accept every kind and quality of ammunition without fail. IMO decent quality ammo is a must in any gun, and trying to shoot dogcrap shells through a semi-auto is dumb.
