Oh the irony. I understand what you wrote.
To summarize:
You started a ##### fest / pitty party because:
a) you wanted to take some binos out of a store to look through because looking through a window or at something across the shop was not good enough for you, and neither was the fact the store clerk went outside with you, despite the store clerk relenting and allowing you to take them outside the first place. After this affront to your sensibility (how dare a sales clerk stand next to you while you look through a set of binos), you buy them on-line anyhow.
b) You bought a rifle, a scope and rings and are upset that the suggested rings set the scope too high above the bore, without actually recognizing that while 3/8" above bore is not ideal for some, it is still functional, and you take no personal responsibility for exploring the multitude of options that I know for a fact exist in that shop to get something more to your liking.
c) Even after taking delivery of the rifle, scope and rings and undoubtedly mounting the scope in the rings whereby you determined they "were sold to you incorrectly", they offered to give you store credit for a purchase you should be owning up for making in the first place.
The whole situation as I've deduced is that you take exactly zero ownership for any of this and then have the audacity to come on this forum and their page to ##### and complain about it.
If I met you in person and heard this story first hand I would make the suggestion that perhaps you would be better served by fVcking off and find somewhere else more to your liking to shop - perhaps you will find far superior service elsewhere, but I very much doubt it...but you should still fVck off none the same.
