Is buying these Pistols at these prices sane ?

Hi everyone,

The prices of guns in my country are haywire. Here's to give you an estimate. All are for 9mm's.

H&K P30 $5000 USD
H&K P2000 $ 4300 USD
SIG 226/228 $ 3200 USD
SIG 250 $ 3800 USD
Styer M9A1 $ 3100 USD
Beretta 92 $ 2500 USD
Glock 17/19 $ 2500 USD
CZ 75/85 $ 1560 USD
S&W SIGMA $ 1000 USD
Taurus 92/99 $ 660 USD
Stoeger Cougar $ 650 USD
Norinco NZ85B, CF98, NP34/22 $ 450 USD


At these prices would you guys consider the SIG's, Hk's or Styer ? Is the performance between a Glock 19 and P30 for example enough to justify the $2500 difference. How do the Norinco offering stand up considering they are the only normally priced ones ?

at those prices i wouldn't look at anything other than a norc. the rest, although nice are not worth the inflated price gouge. my .02 in the end they all do the same thing.

at these price try to speak with the good folks at Questar...
they import here so they could probably export to "crazyland" for a decent price.

You go take some pictures of these pistols with their prices with them or else I say your full of ####.

I think many here would agree, seeing as many here know the going prices down south, an they are not like that.

My buddy in Atlanta just bought a Glock 22C for $750 USD with a ton of goodies.

You sir......I do not believe in the slightest.

Relax I think he just converted prices from any currency to a rough USD estimate, wherever he is

prices are crazy high for weapons in the UK, plus their currency makes everything seems expensive
the only close to decent deal would be the stoeger condor, IVe seen one in a shop for 650CND +taxes

Actually that price is very close to the pricing i saw in Hong Kong when i visited HKRA and CGC.

General membership is around $10,000 CND with yearly dues are about $2000 CND.
 
also australia has insanely high prices for regular rifles (600-700 for ruger 10/22) don't know about handguns though as i think they're totally banned there
 
I don't think that these are in the U.S. Maybe U.S. $'s but in some other country.

To my knowledge the U.S. government does not allow Norinco's to be imported so that tells me that this is not in America.
