You are getting me exactly correctly. There is no way out of it. The registry guarantees that they know who has the rifle, and they know it ships with the magazine. It being restricted fully guarantees that you have to have it stored at home, which now gives them the authority to destroy your house to look for the magazine that they know you have because you have the gun. This is the start of a VERY BIG problem that will continue to grow unless we make this the line in the sand issue.
