Proud New Owner of My first SAN Rifle, what do I need to know?

Mosy likely competition use!

I would definitely be interested in learning more about tactical shooting (I do a bit of this, and Run'n'gun) and the more I can find out about competitive tactical shooting the better as well and I figured this Rifle was a very good place to start. Learning and training those things.

Anyone who disagrees, I would love to hear why you disagree. I'm not like these others who will call you a hater if you say you don't like the Swiss Arms, although you would be a bit silly not to love one, I'd still like to hear why you don't love them. It's an opinion and I want to hear it!

Same goes for those who agree

Thanks

Steve

Either Way Steve & getting back on track with orig thread Description.....Enjoy your what I believe to be a wonderful purchase!!!

I wanted one and had some money lying around, so gimme a break
I wasn't trying to be a ####, Its just that you used the term "service rifle".
I wasn't sure if maybe you were an LEO on the island and that maybe, just maybe you were allowed to use your own rifle for duty.
If I was going to be a #### I would have just asked you if were AKA "gecko45":D

Every time I hear the phrase "run'n'gun" all I can think of is:

well if you reload for it they really beat the crap out of the brass
In order to protect the deflector from paint damage and protect the brass from severe dents, I glued a piece of hard thick rubber, it looks like s***t but it sure works. I also think it has reduced somewhat the distance the brass is flung, it now remains within the same postal code, more or less :)

This is the little silver steel ring that kind of floats around and isn't connected to itself.

Can anyone tell me what it is?? What it's for
Does it have to do with the bayonet?
Thanks
