Thought this should be added to the Tavor thread.

MEPRO 21'd Savage

I used my Mepro 21 as a sight for my Savage 10 BVSS after installing a picatinny rail and I was breaking in the barrel. Firing at 100 and 200 yards, it was surprisingly accurate, and best of all, easy to sight on target!

Better than the Falcon 5x25 scope I put on it.....

Tavor tar-21 accuracy

been thinking of getting a tavor. what kind of accuracy can I expect?? Would be comparable to an XCR??

Ok the Tavor has poor trigger which is not its favor. How does it group at 100yds. Buddy of mine gets 3/4" out of his XCR with a scope and handloads. I have handled his XCR and like it, but if the Tavor can equal or come close to that kind of groups, I would be inclind to get one just for the cool factor. And must admit a little one upmanship.

Ok i was wondering why my Tavor had chips on my bolt hold open tab ? Then i seen this video , well the SCAR has this issue and it turns out the Tavor does also too some degree.. i did a test with a loaded Pmag [with my bolt out ] and yes it does raise the bolt hold open tab a bit that causes it to rub on the bolt during firing, with a normal metal mag it does not raise at all,, well its easy to fix the Pmags heres a video to explain the fix and problem. Hi,
My Tavor is nice, but the trigger is so long and weird... do you know if i can work on this?
It's a bullpup. The major downside of bullpups is the s**tty trigger. You can remove that one little spring but it will never be as good as a regular rifle. It's one of the trade offs for compactness.
