Anyone else have trouble with their oversized reloads in their DD rifle?

Anyone having problems with factory ammo not fitting in their DD rifle?




Spec is .355 and the .375 fit. But if you go to .378 and above they won't?

I bet that the DD accepts factory ammo just fine. Your .223 Dies are bagged out. The Chamber in The Nork is like throwing a hot dog down a hallway its so loose.

Stop running reloads in your AR(regardless of brand) and then b*tching that the failures are caused by the rifle. Its a service rifle, and they're designed for FACTORY AMMO. Far too many factors here that involve HUMAN ERROR for the rifle to be the culprit right off the bat. Aside from ammo we have no idea how the user has modified the rifle if at all, how they clean and lubricate the rifle, if the rifle has some manufacturing defect. Whether or not the reloads were done with proper tolerances and/or materials. GO run the gun with factory ammo and proper lubrication. I bet it runs like a champ.

Wait, are you saying Norinco Ar's are being used by professionals? Do tell which ones?

If reliability was a major concern the Norinco wins hands down, you can feed it any junk ammo and expect it to function.

Before we got our chronograph, we were erroring on the safe side, our loads were significantly underpowered and the Norc always went bang and always fed another round. It wouldn't always lock back on a dry magazine, but it always functioned and demonstrated more than satisfactory accuracy.

Some people want to hate the Norcs, but the fact remains they are the best value for your dollar and price point to functionality puts it worlds ahead of the competition.

You may see them as toys. I see them as tools. I like tools that work as designed and on demand.

But what if I scratch it....................I would just die!!!!

Some have issues with scratches and dings in their gear regardless of cost/value. I don't care as long as it continues to work.
