I've had rounds go off in my gun prematurely before, didn't lose a finger but had to wash it right after

I think it would be of interest and pertinent to see what that stuck round looks like if you can get it out.
Someone noted above about pressure from a case setting off the next cartridge in the mag, or just the pressure itself going into the magwell

Seeing as these were reloads, I almost wonder if there was a chance that the case was cracked while loading, allowing some burning powder during extraction to slip into the case and ignite the powder... or if it is simply a primer detonation.
Need to see the case to know more.
